UAFT's current Collective Bargaining Agreement
Current Collective Bargaining Agreement
Union representation means that UAFT negotiates and administers a contract known as a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that sets forth your salary, health and other benefits, hours, and working conditions.
The CBA is a negotiated agreement between the University of Alaska Board of Regents and the UAFT. The current Agreement is effective July 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. Your contract is administered by the UAFT as your exclusive bargaining agent, through meetings with the department of labor relations for the University and though informal discussions with Deans and Directors.
